Diedere Lott, Faytrice Smith and Charles Collins appeal from a take-nothing judgment in favor of the City of Fort Worth and Ron Sanders. The appellants bring nine points of error. Under points seven, eight and nine, they assert error of the trial court in overruling their objections to the striking by the defendants of all black members of the jury venire.
